I Used to be partial to tragedies but experience has taught me that life is tragic enough without my having to paint pictures of it. The dark side of erotic despair has slowly transformed into a sensual comedy. What is life but the acquisition, assimilation, dissemination, and the eventual dismission of delusions? It took me fifty years to realize that my perception does not reality make. The task of bringing the sensual into harmony with the spiritual seems a contradiction. It's a dirty job.....but somebody's got to do it.
